He has led some of the industry’s most complex greenfield fab constructions, high volume ramp ups, and operational transformations, consistently delivering multibillion euro projects and building large, high performance organizations.
Markus has been a central figure in AT&S’s rise as a global IC substrate and high end PCB manufacturer. His expertise spans end to end fab creation, including site selection, facility construction, equipment installation, yield stabilization, and full mass production readiness. He is recognized for his ability to scale operations rapidly, industrialize new technologies, and lead diverse teams of up to 2,000 employees.
